Arunachal Pradesh entry permit (ILP): official site, fees and rules

अरुणाचल प्रदेश एंट्री परमिट (ILP) · checked Sat 24 Oct 2026. Rules change every season: confirm on the official site.

  1. Indian visitors from outside the state need an e-ILP from eilp.arunachal.gov.in: ₹300 for up to 3 days, ₹500 for 4 to 14 days. For a longer stay, apply for a provisional ILP.
  2. Children under 14 do not need their own e-ILP but must travel with an adult. The e-ILP is only for Indian citizens.
  3. Help counters: Naharlagun and Gumto railway stations, Asom Paryatan Bhawan and the airport in Guwahati, and Donyi Polo Airport in Itanagar.
  4. You can apply yourself on the official site; there is no need to pay an agent.

  1. राज्य के बाहर के भारतीय यात्रियों को eilp.arunachal.gov.in से e-ILP चाहिए: 3 दिन तक ₹300, 4 से 14 दिन ₹500। ज़्यादा दिन रुकना हो तो प्रोविज़नल ILP लें।
  2. 14 साल से छोटे बच्चों को अपना e-ILP नहीं चाहिए, पर वे किसी बड़े के साथ हों। e-ILP सिर्फ़ भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए है।
  3. मदद काउंटर: नाहरलगुन और गुमटो रेलवे स्टेशन, गुवाहाटी में असम पर्यटन भवन और एयरपोर्ट, और ईटानगर का डोनी पोलो एयरपोर्ट।
  4. आधिकारिक साइट पर ख़ुद आवेदन कर सकते हैं; एजेंट को पैसे देने की ज़रूरत नहीं।
