Manipur entry permit (ILP): official site, fees and rules

मणिपुर एंट्री परमिट (ILP) · checked Sat 24 Oct 2026. Rules change every season: confirm on the official site.

  1. Visitors from outside the state need an Inner Line Permit from manipurilponline.mn.gov.in. A Temporary ILP costs ₹100, is valid for 30 days (not renewable) and needs no sponsor.
  2. A Regular ILP (₹500, 3 months) needs a local sponsor.
  3. Self-service kiosks at Imphal airport, Mao Gate and Jiribam Gate give a digital permit on your phone in a few minutes, day and night.
  4. Keep a valid photo ID and a recent passport-size photo ready.

  1. राज्य के बाहर के यात्रियों को manipurilponline.mn.gov.in से इनर लाइन परमिट चाहिए। अस्थायी (Temporary) ILP ₹100 का है, 30 दिन चलता है (बढ़ता नहीं) और स्पॉन्सर नहीं चाहिए।
  2. रेगुलर ILP (₹500, 3 महीने) के लिए स्थानीय स्पॉन्सर चाहिए।
  3. इंफाल एयरपोर्ट, माओ गेट और जिरीबाम गेट पर सेल्फ़-सर्विस कियोस्क कुछ ही मिनट में फ़ोन पर डिजिटल परमिट देते हैं, दिन-रात।
  4. वैध फ़ोटो ID और हाल की पासपोर्ट साइज़ फ़ोटो तैयार रखें।
