Ladakh area permit and fees: official site, fees and rules

  1. Indian visitors to Nubra (Khardung La, Hunder, Turtuk), Pangong (Chang La, Tangtse), Tso Moriri (Korzok) and the Hanle route register on the Leh district permit site and pay there. The fee covers the environment (green) fee, the Red Cross fund and the wildlife fee.
  2. The Inner Line Permit is only for foreign tourists. Citizens of some countries also need a Protected Area Permit from the Government of India in New Delhi.
  3. If you fly in, keep your Leh arrival boarding pass with the permit: you must show both.
  4. Fake fee slips are sold: pay only on the official site or its app. Done through a registered local travel agent, the fees are 10% lower.

लद्दाख एरिया परमिट और शुल्क: ज़रूरी जानकारी

  1. नुब्रा (खारदुंग ला, हुंडर, तुरतुक), पैंगोंग (चांग ला, तांगत्से), त्सो मोरीरी (कोरज़ोक) और हानले रूट जाने वाले भारतीय यात्री लेह ज़िले की परमिट साइट पर रजिस्टर करके वहीं शुल्क देते हैं। इसमें पर्यावरण (ग्रीन) शुल्क, रेड क्रॉस फ़ंड और वन्यजीव शुल्क शामिल हैं।
  2. इनर लाइन परमिट सिर्फ़ विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए है। कुछ देशों के नागरिकों को नई दिल्ली में भारत सरकार से प्रोटेक्टेड एरिया परमिट भी चाहिए।
  3. हवाई जहाज़ से आएँ तो लेह पहुँचने का बोर्डिंग पास परमिट के साथ रखें: दोनों दिखाने होते हैं।
  4. नकली शुल्क पर्चियाँ बिकती हैं: सिर्फ़ आधिकारिक साइट या उसके ऐप पर भुगतान करें। रजिस्टर्ड स्थानीय ट्रैवल एजेंट से कराने पर शुल्क 10% कम लगता है।
